Full Members
Full members are national human rights institutions that comply with the international standards set out in the Paris Principles.
Each full member is represented on the Forum Council - the APF’s decision-making body - by a voting councillor. Full members also nominate a jurist to sit on the APF’s Advisory Council of Jurists.
The APF adopts the accreditation decisions of the International Coordinating Committee of National Human Rights Institutions (ICC) to determine membership status.
National human rights institutions in the Asia Pacific region accredited with ‘A status’ by the ICC are admitted as full members of the APF.
