Staff Placement - India and Australia 2006

Mr Anil Kumar Parashar, Deputy Registrar and Dr Kamlesh Chandra Pathak, Director (Research) from the NHRC visited HREOC in Sydney from 4-17 October 2006. During their placement, Mr Parashar and Dr Pathak spent time with the staff in HREOC's policy units, complaint handling section, legal services unit and the public affairs and education section. The placement also included meetings with a number of human rights non-government organisations.
