Thematic Regional Workshops
The APF regularly holds regional workshops to discuss human rights issues that are of shared concern to our member institutions.
These workshops provide a unique opportunity for senior staff from APF member institutions to meet together in a collaborative environment where they can learn new skills, exchange information and build national and regional networks.
Representatives from United Nations agencies, non-government organisations, academic institutions, governments and other international, regional and national institutions are also invited to participate.
Held regularly since 1999, the workshops aim to develop concrete and practical proposals to address specific human rights issues in the Asia Pacific region.
