The APF and the Australian Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission conducted an in-country human rights investigations training course for the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand, 22-26 October 2004. The training program, which was developed in consultation with the Thai Commission, consolidated foundation knowledge and skills in relation to the investigation of alleged violations of human rights.
Support for the training program was provided by the National Endowment for Democracy and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.
