APF Chairperson's statement to HRC63 on the 60th anniversary of the International Covenants on Human Rights

Marking 60 years since the adoption of the International Covenants on Human Rights, the APF called on states across Asia and the Pacific to ratify both Covenants and support independent, well-resourced NHRIs.
