The APF seeks to engage a consultant to guide the development and operationalisation of its new Strategic Plan, working closely with the APF secretariat and member national human rights institutions (NHRIs). Tasks include an environmental scan, stakeholder consultations, facilitation of internal workshops, drafting the final plan, developing an accompanying Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework, and supporting the first-year operational plan.
